The Filing Family believes in serving our community. Beyond the real estate services we offer, we also participate in many area organizations to improve our home towns. With offices located in Saint Paul and Maple Grove our family supports our local neighborhood newspaper, The Monitor, in our Como Park Neighborhood, is engaged in alley cleanups, and is a member of our local block club. In Maple Grove the Filing Family is involved with Maple Grove Days and Chairs the Jim Deane Rice Lake Classic, are Members of Saint Vincent’s and Polly is a committee member for Gildas Club.

For our home owners, our 1.5% Listing Fee saves our clients thousands of dollars.
